The Board of Directors (Board of Governors) of
UNIVERSITY OF ECOFORUM FOR PEACE (together with the Scientific
Delegate of ECOFORUM for PEACE) establishes academic fees and
taxes from year to year. Fees and taxes are fixed in Euro and
have to be paid, in this currency, on the account of the competent
Correspondent Centre in the territory of the student. Fees and
taxes in force by the moment of the signature of the contract,
are in force for all the period of study previewed from the contract.
Tax of admission
(not refundable) € 1000. -
The relation between student and University begins with the "
Application for Admission " and the signature on the "Registration
Contract". As a rule, the filling in of the "Application
for Admission" is prefaced by a conversation between the
candidate and a Correspondent UEP Academician. By the presentation
of the " Application for Admission ", the candidate
has to pay ADMISSION TAX. The "Registration Contract"
will be signed by the student and the University, only after the
Office of the Dean of the competent Faculty's acceptance of the
candidate.
Supervision Tax € 750. -
As previewed by UEP regulations, a Representative of the Faculty
(Supervisor) evaluates the progression of the candidate after
the fulfilment of the first and the second Study Course. During
this evaluation meeting a member of the Study Committee will be
present. The convocation to the evaluation meeting will be sent
by the Office of the Dean of Faculty. The SUPERVISION TAX has
to be paid at every evaluation meeting. In case the knowledge
of the student will not be fulfilling the standard of the Faculty,
the Supervisor can ask one or more additional meetings, that will
be taxed as above.
Diploma fee € 1500. -
The Diploma fee is due at the moment of the registration to the
dissertation of the Work of Diploma (or Degree Thesis).
The diploma fee includes: a) Degree Certificate; b) Transcript.
Certificates (requested by students) attesting the attendance,
the progression of the student or everything else, are taxed €
150.-each document.
Consequently to politics of the "not pursued profit"
from ECOFORUM - and therefore from UNIVERSITY OF ECOFORUM FOR
PEACE - the Athenaeum does not preview, as in other academic structures,
the payment of an annual study fee. The study fee is replaced
by a FEE OF PROGRESSION, that has to be paid by the student by
every taken exam.
The FEE OF PROGRESSION is includes the honorarium of the Committee
of Study and all costs directly correlated with the study by UEP.
Fee of Progression € 450. - (p/5 Unit/CR)
Fees and taxes do not include:
- study material (books, software, etc.);
- registrations to other institutions (University, Academies,
Institutes of Study);
- expenses of travel, room and board.
- Ratification fee € 300. - (each ratified exam)
Examinations taken in UEP recognized universities or Institutions,
can be "ratified" and will figure like " transfer
credits " on the "Degree Certificate". The Ratification
Fee is due at the moment of the Study Plan acceptance by the competent
Dean of Faculty.
